The Team

Meet the Pros

Four senior media executives. Decades of combined experience. One team built to move fast and deliver results.

01

Karen Henderson

National Sales & New-Business Development

Karen Henderson is a revenue-driven sales executive with 25+ years closing six- and seven-figure agreements with top-100 advertisers and agencies across broadcast, digital audio, podcast, and out-of-home. She has built national sales operations from the ground up — launching a national OOH division and standing up ABC Radio and CBS News Radio network sales — and has directed national sports-media revenue across MLB and NFL relationships. Presenting directly to C-suite decision-makers, she pairs analytics-driven strategy with both long-cycle and transactional selling, and has negotiated national sponsorships, talent, and retail partnerships — including Walmart — for CPG and Pharma clients. She brings the team its national reach, negotiating force, and proven ability to build a market presence from zero.

02

Carolyn Levenberg

Multi-Platform Media Sales & Buying

Carolyn Levenberg brings more than three decades of multi-platform media command across audio, podcast, broadcast and cable television, digital, and streaming — with the rare distinction of having worked both sides of the table: as an agency-trained buyer at Bozell and Carat, and as a national sales leader at CBS, Cablevision, Audacy, and Katz Media Group, cable and audio networks. She has planned, negotiated, and brokered campaigns spanning 2,000+ affiliates and 85+ cable networks, engineered custom sponsorship and integration packages for top national advertisers and agencies, and built durable relationships with client and agency decision-makers that have held through every turn of the industry. Her instinct for pairing the right platform with the right audience — at the right price — makes her the connective tissue of any integrated buy.

03

Diana Anderson

Media Investment & Commercial Strategy

Diana Anderson is a media investment leader who turns marketplace leverage into measurable client advantage. Over fourteen years at dentsu — most recently as SVP, Group Director — she managed $250MM+ in annual audio billings and led cross-platform investment across broadcast, digital, podcast, programmatic, and local CTV/OTT and video, negotiating market-leading pricing, inventory access, and client protections for a Fortune 100 roster that included The Home Depot, P&G, Pfizer, Macy's, Grainger, eBay, and O'Reilly Auto Parts. She built and mentored a 20-person investment team, set the standard for pricing discipline and savings guarantees, and advanced outcome-based buying through rigorous vetting of audience, attribution, and measurement platforms. She is the team's steward of investment rigor and accountability.

04

Beth Warren

Enterprise Brand, Commerce / Retail Media & Marketing Strategy

Beth Warren is an enterprise strategy executive with 20+ years architecting brand, commerce, and media strategy for the world's largest advertisers. As Executive Director of Strategy on WPP's Unilever business, she shaped commerce and retail-media planning across 30 brands and a $400M annual investment ecosystem spanning Target, Walmart, Kroger, CVS, and Amazon. Across two decades she has led Fortune 100 engagements for Colgate-Palmolive, ExxonMobil, Macy's, Calvin Klein, Adidas, and Kellogg's — translating brand vision into connected, measurable omnichannel experiences — and, as SVP Marketing, helped scale a digital-signage enterprise from $20M to $50M+ through a NASDAQ listing and two acquisitions. A board leader in the Digital Signage Federation and a recognized voice in experience-led commerce and ad-tech, she gives the team its strategic architecture and integrated media-and-commerce vision.
